It is broke though, publishers lose out and more importantly gamers lose out, every time they sell a game to a store for a fraction of what the store sells it on for.

^ In my opinion that's an awesome, diverse launch lineup which should draw critical acclaim and get a lot of people interested.
I actually think it's price that will be the biggest obstacle in the short term - they need to respond to Sony, whether by announcing a 'core'-type model or some kind of subscription deal or whatever, to be more competitive.

Long way to go but what we do know from E3 is that Xbox One will bring the games.
